At Tactiwell, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Some items (e.g., used massage guns or kitchen appliances) may be ineligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons

To initiate a return, contact us at info@tactiwell.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, please:

  • Double-check your bank account

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary)

  • Then contact us at info@tactiwell.com
