We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time & Rates

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) – Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight

  • Free Shipping – Available on orders over $75 (before tax)

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor delivery progress. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Tactiwell is not responsible for delayed or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Then email us at info@tactiwell.com if the issue remains unresolved
